Join us at Oakville Galleries for an immersive drawing and painting series designed to challenge and inspire artists at every stage of their practice!
This course is designed for beginner and intermediate artists who are interested in improving their drawing and painting skills through a variety of media. Each week, the class will complete at least one artwork that is guided by instructor demonstrations, one-on-one time and individual critique.
What to Expect
Improve your understanding of composition, colour theory and technical skills while exploring pastel drawing, watercolour illustration, acrylic landscape painting and abstract collaging.
Reignite your passion for the arts and enjoy the beautiful views at our lakeside studio located at Gairloch Gardens. All materials will be provided by the Instructor.

All classes will be conducted in the Main Floor Education Centre and occasionally outside in Gairloch Gardens. Drop-off will be outside of the Education Centre at Oakville Galleries in Gairloch Gardens, 1306 Lakeshore Road East, 2 km from downtown Oakville.
Requests for a program registration cancellation that are eligible for a full refund must be made in writing at least 14 days or more prior to the start date of the program. There are no refunds for cancellations requested less than 14 days before the program begins.
Oakville Galleries reserves the right to cancel or combine classes if a minimum enrollment number is not met. If Oakville Galleries cancels a program, registrants will be notified up to a week prior to the start of the program and registrants will be offered a full refund.
In the event that a participant is unable to attend a scheduled class during the scheduled program, make-up dates, refunds, or credits will not be provided.
