Nestled in the Town of Oakville's picturesque Gairloch Gardens on the shore of Lake Ontario, Oakville Galleries' quaint Studio is available for facility rentals year-round. This unique site offers a charming private space—with wonderful views of the park and impressive waterfront—and is perfect for hosting meetings, workshops, gatherings, and celebrations.
The Studio can be rented Monday to Sunday year-round. Rental hours are from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM, which is when Gairloch Gardens closes.
Please note that price adjustments will take effect on April 1, 2026.

Current rates for November to March are:
Monday to Friday:
Half Day (5 hours) - $600 + HST
Full Day (10 hours) - $1,050 + HST
Saturday and Sunday:
Half Day (5 hours) - $725 + HST
Full Day (10 hours) - $1,350 + HST
Current rates for April to October are:
Monday to Friday:
Half Day (5 hours) - $650 + HST
Full Day (10 hours) - $1,250 + HST
Saturday and Sunday:
Half Day (5 hours) - $775 + HST
Full Day (10 hours) - $1,450 + HST
Additional hours are available at the discretion of our staff for a fee.
