Call for Applications: 2026 Artist in Residence Program in Salzburg

Oakville Galleries is now accepting applications for the 2026 Artist in Residence Program at the Salzburger Kunstverein in Austria.

This month-long residency will take place in June 2026 and is open to one emerging or mid-career artist living in Canada. The residency is offered at no cost, though travel funding and per diem are not included.

Application Requirements (by email only):

• A 2-page CV
• A 1-page cover letter
• Up to 2 relevant website links
• A selection of 4 images



All materials should be compiled into a single PDF and sent to natalie@oakvillegalleries.com with the subject line: “Artist-in-Residence”.

Application Deadline: Wednesday, December 10, 2025
