Registration Opens: Monday, November 30, 2026, at 10:00 AM
Campers will create artworks inspired by different themes, artists, and exhibitions using various art materials and techniques, including drawing, painting, collage, clay, mixed media, and so much more! Our experienced staff will guide campers through the artistic process to create work that draws on their own experiences, creative visions, and imagination. No two campers' outputs look alike, as every activity is adapted to suit our participants' individual ideas, interests, and abilities.
There will be outdoor time in the surrounding Gairloch Gardens, where opportunities to play in beautiful lakeside grounds will round out the full-day camp experience for our energetic campers.
At the end of the week, campers will set up a pop-up exhibition to share their work with friends and family. All skill levels are welcome!
This year, we are expanding programming and offering a junior camp for ages 6-8 and an intermediate camp for ages 9-12!

Drop-Off is between 9:00 - 9:30 AM each day with programming commencing at 9:00 AM.
Pick-Up is between 4:00 - 4:30 PM with programming ending at 4:00 PM.
Please note that we do not provide extended care.
All classes will be conducted in the Main Floor Education Centre and occasionally outside in Gairloch Gardens.
Drop-off will be outside of the Education Centre at Oakville Galleries in Gairloch Gardens, 1306 Lakeshore Road East, 2 km from downtown Oakville.
Oakville Galleries strives to be a nut-free facility. Please do not send your child(ren) with any products that contain peanuts or tree nuts, including Nutella, substitute nut spreads, and pesto.
Please do your best to pack a litterless lunch and / or snack.
Please send your child(ren) with a refillable water bottle.
Please note that we do not allow children to share their food with one another.
Dress for art making! Please note, aprons and smocks are not provided.
Participants should dress for the weather and temperature, as we will head outdoors during our breaks and lunch.
Closed-toed shoes are required.
Requests for a program registration cancellation that are eligible for a full refund must be made at least 14 days or more prior to the start date of the program. There are no refunds for cancellations requested less than 14 days before the program begins.
Oakville Galleries reserves the right to cancel or combine classes if a minimum enrollment number is not met. If Oakville Galleries cancels a program, registrants will be notified up to a week prior to the start of the program, and registrants will be offered a full refund.
In the event that a participant is unable to attend a scheduled class during the scheduled program, make-up dates, refunds, or credits will not be provided.
