Apply to be a featured food vendor at Oakville Galleries in Gairloch Gardens!
Starting this May, Oakville Galleries will pilot a seasonal hospitality program, The Art of Refreshment, inviting a rotating food vendor each week to serve gallery and park visitors until the end of September.
How It Works
We operate a pop-up vendor program, selecting vendors for agreed-upon time periods from May to September. The chosen vendors will operate every Friday (11 AM–5 PM) to start, during their assigned time period. Oakville Galleries provides the location, coordinates scheduling, shares basic site guidelines, and offers light promotional support.
Vendors are responsible for all aspects of their operation, including:
* Food Truck Vendors:
Must comply with all Municipal Enforcement Services requirements, including police checks
Must not idle while on-site, including when cooking or warming food
Selected Vendors must provide the following to the gallery no later than 10 business day prior to the first service:
Halton Region Public Health approval
Commercial General Liability Insurance
Special Event Refreshment Vehicle Certification
Vendors will operate in the adjacent parking lot outside the gallery.
Exact placement may vary depending on weather, site operations, and vendor setup needs.
