Oakville Galleries is committed to the presentation of contemporary art in all aspects of programming. With the support of our members, donors and corporate sponsors we are able to ensure the long-term viability of our exhibitions, children’s art education and acquisitions for the permanent collection.

Members provide Oakville Galleries with a source of intellectual, artistic and financial support. As well, members share the underlying function of assisting the Galleries to continue to explore, exhibit and collect contemporary art.

Together, with our major funders including the Canada Council for the Arts, the Ontario Arts Council and the Corporation of the Town of Oakville, we can build for the future.

Oakville Galleries Membership Levels & Benefits

Individual $30 (Student/Senior/Artist $20)
· Free admission to both Oakville Galleries locations
· Free reciprocal admission to over 80 Ontario museums and art galleries
· 15% discount on all publications and artist editions
· Invitations to all events, public programmes, and opening receptions
· Discounted admission to public programmes
· Subscription to Oakville Galleries’ eNewsletter and ebulletins

Family $50
Family members receive all benefits of Individual Membership plus:
· An additional membership card
· Free family admission to both Oakville Galleries locations
· 15% discount on art classes and camps for all family members
· Reciprocal family admission to over 80 participating Ontario art galleries and museums

Business $100
· Business members receive all benefits of Individual Membership plus four transferable membership cards

Oakville Galleries Giving Circle
Giving Circle Members enjoy all advantages of Individual Membership, plus added benefits such as exclusive invitations to members only events, complementary Oakville Galleries publications, additional discounts on all Og2 classes and facility rentals, as well as a tax receipt for the maximum allowable amount of your donation.

Sustaining Member $250-$499
· One complimentary copy of an Oakville Galleries publication
· 20% discount on art classes and camps
· An additional membership card
· A tax receipt for the full amount of your contribution less the $50 membership base

Advocate $500-$999
All benefits of a Sustaining Member plus:
· Two complimentary copies of Oakville Galleries publications
· 10% discount on one-time facility rentals (subject to availability)
· A tax receipt for the full amount of your contribution less the $50 membership base

Benefactor $1000-$2,499
All benefits of an Advocate plus:
· 20% discount on one-time facility rentals (subject to availability)

Patron $2,500-$4,999
Same benefits as a Benefactor plus:
· A private tour with our Director or Curator of Contemporary Art for up to 4 individuals
· One complimentary booking of our Education Centre (subject to availability)
· Three complimentary copies of Oakville Galleries publications
· Three membership cards
· A tax receipt for the full amount of your contribution less the $50 membership base

Distinguished Patron $5,000+
Same benefits as a Patron plus:
· A private tour with our Director or Curator of Contemporary Art for up to 8 individuals
· Complimentary booking of our Education Centre twice a year (subject to availability)

· Donor profile on the Oakville Galleries Website

In appreciation for gifts above the Distinguished Patron level, donors receive the same benefits as a Distinguished Patron along with many other privileges. Packages are customized per donor and may include Naming Opportunities at Oakville Galleries.
