Enjoy the cross-over of meditation and art appreciation. Both are known to aid relaxation, brain development and mental health. Enjoy the hour with Erin Byron, a registered expressive arts and yoga therapist, revelling in the deeper potential of art and creativity. Play with the many ways art, breathwork and visualisation can bring you greater peace of mind and joie de vivre. Registration required.

Erin Byron, MA, RP is a Registered Psychotherapist who has co/authored several books in the field of mental and physical health. She is a founder of one of the first internationally-accredited yoga therapist training programmes. Her popular book, Yoga for the Creative Soul, was named one of Aspire Magazine's Top 10 Inspiring Books while Yoga Therapy for Stress & Anxiety was #3 on Elephant Journal's Soul Searchers Reading List. Erin continues to make public appearances and support people in one-on-one trauma recovery.
