Introduction to Oil Painting
24 September – 29 October 2016
In this introductory painting course, instructor Anna Edwards will guide participants through the fundamentals of oil painting. With a focus on painting objects from life, this six-week course will provide participants with instruction in technique, colour theory, and other foundational strategies. Edwards breaks down the painting process into simple steps to make it accessible for every student, regardless of their experience. For this reason, this course is suitable for complete beginners, although more experienced painters will also find it beneficial.
