March Break Art Camps


This week-long camp is designed to keep kids inspired while school's out! Participants will be introduced to different art movements and make a number of varied artworks allowing them to explore new techniques and their creativity. Different themes will be looked at through participants' masterful creations, through dress up and engagement. Young artists will stretch their thinking and develop skills while having a blast at home.

This year we are offering morning, afternoon or full-day registration options. Each child will receive a kit of art materials for their virtual camp experience! Please review the program details to make sure you have the additional required materials at home.

Registration is required per child, not per household, as the cost includes art material kits.

Half-day Camp: AM Session (9:00am – 12:00pm) or PM Session (1:00pm – 4:00pm); Full-day Camp option includes both AM and PM sessions

Monday to Friday. Camp begins at either 9:00am or 1:00 pm and finishes at either 12:00pm or 4:00pm.


This program will operate on Zoom. Internet connection, microphone and camera-enabled computer or tablet is required. This class will be delivered through Zoom. You do not require a Zoom account to participate; the link to access the class will be emailed to you in advance of the program start date.

Project-specific materials such as drawing and painting materials including illustration paper, canvas and construction paper etc., will be provided through contactless pickup at Oakville Galleries in Gairloch Gardens. Participants will be asked to obtain materials consisting of paints (any kind such as acrylic and watercolour), paint brushes, pencil and eraser, colour drawing materials (any kind such as pencil crayons, markers or crayons) a water container, glue, and a pair of scissors.

Contactless pickup for art kits can be made at Oakville Galleries in Gairloch Gardens (1306 Lakeshore Road East, located 2km east of downtown Oakville) from 10am-3pm on March 10th, 11th or 12th.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations with a refund must be applied for at least 14 days (2 weeks) before your child's program begins. Refunds are subject to a $25 administrative fee. There are no refunds for cancellations requested less than 14 days before the program begins.


In the event that a participant is unable to attend a scheduled class during the program, make-up dates, refunds or credits will not be provided.
