March Break Art Camps

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

Dedicated to art-making and outdoor recreation in Gairloch Gardens, our March Break Art Camps are designed to keep kids active and inspired while school's out! As participants work on completing several artworks each day—including smaller pieces to take home and large studio-based group projects—they will learn new techniques and use a range of materials that engage them with environmentally conscious art practices. At the end of the week, campers celebrate their creations with an exhibition for family and friends. Pour les descriptions des programmes en français, cliquez ici.

Breaks and Ladders

  • 12 March – 16 March 2018

Board games are more than just a source of amusement—they're also a source of creativity! Campers will spend their break kitting out our education studio with all the makings of an awesome game room, complete with handmade board games, silkscreened posters, a library of adventure comics, kitschy memorabilia, and game-token sculptures. There's no better way to spend your break than creating art that can be all fun and games.
