Join us as we explore images through shapes! Kids will be introduced to the cubism movement and artists such as Pablo Picasso as we create abstract “fragmented" drawings, turning the ordinary extraordinary. The second-half of the workshop will include stories connecting to the theme of the day.

Seika Boye Talk

Dance artist and scholar Seika Boye will reflect on Senga Nengudi's exhibition Hourglass alongside her own research in Blackness, movement histories and the archive. She will share her own writing on working between disciplines, artistic practices, and motherhood.
