Oakville Galleries gratefully accepts in-kind contributions to either enhance programming or to facilitate fundraising initiatives. In-kind contributions are non-cash gifts and include securities, stocks, bonds, real estate, and tangible property such as artwork, equipment and products. Each gift must be handled separately so if you are considering making an in-kind contribution, please contact us ahead of time to ensure it is appropriate.
Tax receipts are issued for the fair-market value of the gift and, in most cases, a third-party appraisal is required for all gifts in excess of $1000. For companies donating goods for fundraising initiatives, including silent auctions, we ask that you complete a ‘zero invoice’. Click here for a sample.
